How do I schedule an appointment?
Do you send appointment reminders?
Yes, we do! After your appointment is scheduled with one of our counselors, you should recieve text and/or email notification of your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
How often will I need to see my counselor?
The number of sessions will be determined by you and your counselor. Your counselor will make suggestions based on the severity of your symptoms and availability. We will never suggest more than clinically necessary and will tailor treatment to fit your needs.
Does Creative Counseling file insurance and what is accepted?
We do submit claims to your insurance provider. Session amounts will vary depending on deductibles.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Advantage, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Qual Choice and Ambetter, among others.
We do not accept Medicaid (AR kids) or Medicare. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Does my therapist have after-hours availability for crisis situations?
Although our therapists are trained to handle crisis situations, they do not have
on-call hours. Some therapists may have arrangements to contact them after
hours if you are in crisis. If you are currently experiencing a psychiatric
emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
What client population do you see and treat?
We can assign you the best counselor who matches or complements your personality. Call the office to learn availability and times.
