How do I schedule an appointment?
Do you send appointment reminders?
Yes, we do! After your appointment is scheduled with one of our counselors, you should recieve text and/or email notification of your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
How often will I need to see my counselor?
The number of sessions will be determined by you and your counselor. Your counselor will make suggestions based on the severity of your symptoms and availability. We will never suggest more than clinically necessary and will tailor treatment to fit your needs.
Does Creative Counseling file insurance and what is accepted?
We do submit claims to your insurance provider. Session amounts will vary depending on deductibles. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Advantage, and Ambetter, among others. Contact us at (479) 364-0075 for a full list.
Does your provider prescribe stimulants or benzodiazepines?
You and your medical provider whould discuss what course of treatment is right for you. Contact our office today at (479) 364-0075 to schedule an appointment
Can I see a provider for medication without seeing a counselor?
Yes, you can, but please be aware that research suggests that psychotherapy in combination with medication yilds greater treatment results. Your medical provider will likely recommend it for greater optimization.
Will I be required to attend group therapy if I receive medication?
No, will not. Group therapy can provide many benefits, but it is not a requirement for medication assessment and/or management.

What client population do you see and treat?
We can assign you the best counselor who matches or complements your personality. Call the office to learn availability and times.
